Streamline Responding To Customer Reviews With Our New Custom Review Response Templates

Announcing the newest feature for our review platform, review response templates. Our clients now have the ability to set up templates to improve the process of responding to reviews. We couldn’t be more excited about this feature and here is why!

From time to time companies will get a below-average review (1 to 2-star review). It’s not fun and sometimes they can hit hard, especially when you know worked extremely hard to build up your reputation. However, I have said it once and I will say it again, these reviews can still benefit your company. If handled correctly by responding within 24-48 hours, there is a chance you can win that customer back. You could also win over those that are hesitant after reading the poor review with your response.

Default Response

That being said, with our new feature we created two templates to get you started. Login and view your “Thank you” response and “Apology” response. From there you are able to make additional templates customized to your business. We highly recommend that you customize your review response templates. Another best practice is to include personalized comments in your response for each customer review.
